The rumors of my demise are greatly exaggerated.
- Disney's Frozen has some serious staying power, and it shows. It's back in the #1 spot at the box office after this past weekend (and after three weeks it ceded the spot to The Hobbit), while Paranormal Activity: The Marked Ones debuted at #2. The Hobbit: the Desolation of Smaug slipped to #3, for the record.
- Saw a lot of good stuff during the break, including the Hobbit, as well as The Hunger Games: Catching Fire, at the theater. If you're looking for quality rentals, give We're the Millers, 2 Guns, or Insidious: Chapter 2 a look, and if you need some TV time...well, the final season of Dexter is now available on Netflix, but...eh. Just wait until the complete Breaking Bad is up there. Trust me.
- Gaming's light early in the year, but in case you were concerned about Deadpool or the Marvel vs. Capcom games getting pulled from Xbox Live and PSN, don't be--they'll be back when Marvel gets the licenses sorted out.
'Til Tuesday, troops...ROCK!
