Opportunities to enter our contests are announced over the air at various times during the day and also on our website. Our contests are open to listeners 18 years of age and older. Sponsors and employees of area radio stations and their families, including those owned by Mississippi River Radio are not eligible.

Winners become ineligible to participate in any other Mississippi River Radio contest for 30 days. Only one prize will be awarded to any person or address within a 30 day period. A winner later found to be ineligible will be disqualified and will forfeit their prize.

Any taxes, fees, gratuities, etceteras are the responsibility of the prize winner.

Winners waive the rights to any prize not claimed in 30 days. Prizes must be picked up during regular business hours Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. at our studios located at 324 Broadway in Cape Girardeau.

By their participation, contestants give us implicit permission to record telephone calls, and use their name, voice, and or likeness for promotional purposes.

Winners must show photo I.D. at the time of claiming their prize.
